Summary:
As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting detailed surveys, preparing accurate maps and plans, and ensuring all work complies with legal requirements. You will also mentor junior staff and manage projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct field surveys using advanced equipment such as total stations, GPS devices, and drones.
2. Prepare detailed survey reports and land use maps for clients and regulatory bodies.
3. Ensure all work complies with local and national regulations and standards.
4. Mentor junior staff and assist in their professional development.
5. Manage projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, and reporting.
6. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure seamless project integration.

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in Land Surveyor roles.
3. Proficiency in the use of surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS devices, and drones.
4. Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
5. Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all survey work.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
7. Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements for land surveys.
