A leading company in construction projects is seeking a detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join their team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will conduct precise land measurements, prepare detailed reports, and utilize advanced surveying technology. We are hiring a skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to support construction and infrastructure projects by conducting precise land measurements and boundary evaluations. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge in using modern surveying instruments and related software for data collection and analysis. Preference will be given to candidates with proven experience in construction project layouts and topographic mapping.
Conduct land and topographic surveys using total station, GPS, digital level, and other advanced survey instruments.
Determine exact coordinates, property boundaries, and elevations based on project drawings and client requirements.
Prepare survey reports, maps, and layouts using AutoCAD and other civil/surveying software.
Coordinate with site engineers and project managers to ensure proper marking and layout of structures and utilities.
Maintain accurate field records, site logs, and electronic data files of all survey activities.
Verify survey measurements and ensure compliance with project specifications and government standards.
Assist in resolving discrepancies and identifying potential construction conflicts based on site data.
Conduct as-built surveys and provide updated drawings for project documentation.
B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in land surveying on construction or infrastructure projects.
Proficiency in using total station, GPS, digital levels, and laser scanning equipment.
Strong understanding of coordinate systems, leveling, and triangulation techniques.
Computer literacy is a must — proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and surveying software (e.g., Trimble, Leica, or similar).
Excellent knowledge of geospatial data collection and interpretation.
Accuracy in field measurement and data analysis.
Familiarity with relevant land survey standards and regulations.
Ability to work independently and in coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
