Job description

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare the next job according to Factory job ticket and MPCC.
2. Troubleshoot problems and report major issues to the team leader.
3. Provide quality control with samples.
4. Set machine parameters according to MPCC.
5. Operate the machine properly.
6. Fill out production reports.
7. Monitor lamination process continuously, checking glue grammage, bonding, and structural performance.
8. Ensure machine and premises cleanliness at all times.
9. Propose methods to improve machine operation to the team leader.
10. Familiarize with health and safety procedures relevant to the role.
11. Follow NAPCO-IFP safety standards and comply with Saudi Labour laws.
12. Participate in OH&S activities and safety meetings as required.
13. Attend all company-offered training sessions.
14. Report incidents, near misses, unsafe conditions or acts to supervisor or camp boss.
15. Correct unsafe conditions immediately if safe to do so.
16. Ensure safety precautions are in place before starting work.
17. Refuse unsafe work conditions.
18. Use provided PPE safety equipment.
19. Inspect tools, equipment, and vehicles before use.
20. Be familiar with emergency response plans and locations of first aid and firefighting equipment.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

1. Control operations of equipment or systems.

3. Select appropriate tools and equipment for tasks.

Knowledge:

3. Identify film or laminated structures and their properties.
4. Understand spoken information and ideas.

9. Select appropriate mathematical methods to solve problems.

Ability to lift up to 15 kg is required. Ability to work alternating shifts.
