We are seeking a Laboratory Specialist / Laboratory Manager to join our team at Premium Care Medical Polyclinic in Tabuk. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing laboratory operations, ensuring quality standards, and overseeing both staff and equipment.

This role requires not only technical expertise but also strong leadership skills to manage the laboratory team, supervise daily activities, and ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient operations.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Tabuk Region for a Laboratory Specialist / Laboratory Manager. The responsibilities include:

• Overseeing daily laboratory operations and workflow.
• Managing and mentoring laboratory staff to ensure teamwork and productivity.
• Monitoring, maintaining, and calibrating laboratory equipment and machines to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Implementing and monitoring quality control programs to maintain high testing standards.
• Coordinating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to support accurate diagnostics and treatment.
• Ensuring compliance with MOH,CIBAHI, safety, and accreditation requirements.
• Developing and updating laboratory protocols and procedures as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field (Master’s is a plus).
• Certification from a recognized laboratory professional body (preferred).
• Proven experience in managing a healthcare laboratory, including staff supervision.
• Strong skills in equipment calibration, maintenance, and quality control monitoring.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
