Looking for a Consultant to join the Laboratory team in the Middle East and Africa. This is an exciting team that aims to push the boundaries of what can be done and is part of a larger organization. You will be part of a dynamic team where collaborative working is paramount. Besides delivering value to clients, you will be expected to contribute to and identify areas for internal process improvement.

About The Role

As a Consultant, your main responsibility is to deliver consulting services to clients. You will consult with clients on service line workflow, guiding them through interdependencies and design decision impacts. You will provide oversight, direction, and expertise on solutions to stakeholders. Your role includes driving client-specific solution configuration design to meet workflow requirements and making recommendations to clients.

You will also mitigate solution risks and issues, execute workflow and process improvement strategies, lead client meetings and events, and drive internal team initiatives.

Basic Qualifications

• At least 6 years of total higher education and related work experience, including:
• At least 1 year of Healthcare Information Technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support, or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience
• At least 5 years of higher education and/or additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 3 years of software implementation work experience

Expectations

• Must reside in, or be willing to relocate to, the UAE, or work in a virtually approved city
• Willing to travel up to 80%
• Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and permitted by local regulations
• Adhere to corporate and organizational security policies, understand personal responsibilities in safeguarding assets, and report any security breaches within the scope of the position
