Transpire Technologies, a North American IT and Telecom solutions provider, is seeking a proactive and service-oriented L1 Technical Support – IT Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will provide first-level technical support across our projects, ensuring smooth daily operations. This role requires basic troubleshooting skills, strong user support experience, and the ability to communicate effectively in English and moderate Arabic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line technical support to internal teams and clients
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
  • Document support incidents and escalate unresolved issues
  • Assist in setting up workstations, peripherals, and user access
  • Coordinate with L2/L3 support as needed

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Information Technology or related field
  • 2+ year experience in technical support or IT helpdesk role
  • Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic networking
  • Strong communication skills in English and moderate Arabic
  • Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset

  • Remarkable command on the installation of computer OS and handling client software on the network.
