We’re seeking a passionate and curious UI / Experience Design Intern to join our growing team. If you’re recent graduate or early in your career, eager to learn and craft beautiful, functional digital experiences, this is the place for you.

What you’ll do:

1. Collaborate with designers, developers, writers, and strategists to bring websites and apps to life.
2. Design clean, intuitive, responsive interfaces with guidance from senior team members.
3. Participate in brainstorming and design reviews, sharing ideas and building confidence in presenting work.
4. Create visual assets, mockups, and prototypes using tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
5. Learn and contribute to design systems and their evolution.
6. Engage in meetings to understand real-world design challenges.

Who you are:

1. A recent graduate or early-career designer with a portfolio demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and strong visual design skills.
2. Passionate about digital design and curious about the entire user experience process.
3. Open to feedback, eager to learn, and willing to contribute.
4. Comfortable with design tools like Figma or Adobe XD, or excited to learn.
5. A clear communicator who asks questions and collaborates well.
6. Enthusiastic about working in a team across disciplines.

What you bring:

1. A portfolio (including student work, passion projects, or freelance) showcasing visual design skills and UI fundamentals.
2. Basic understanding of responsive design and cross-device behavior.
3. Experience with or willingness to learn tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar.
4. A desire to grow as a designer in a fast-paced environment.
5. Experience with content management systems (Sitecore, Acquia) is a plus.
6. Agile process familiarity is a plus.
7. Experience in brand campaign creative is a plus.
