As we expand our Data & AI practice in KSA, we seek professionals who share our vision and can contribute to our growth.

We are looking for individuals with the following experience:

• Lead delivery projects with our clients on a wide range of topics:

1. Data and AI strategy and roadmap development in alignment with corporate strategy
2. Delivery of data analytics, visualisation, and AI solutions across technologies, including Azure, Snowflake, Oracle, GCP & AWS
3. Functional data design, data modelling, and data pipeline development (ETL) to enhance data management and value
4. Machine learning, AI, and statistics, including developing predictive models, supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms, econometrics, forecasting, and quantitative diagnosis
5. Delivery of data modernisation and migration projects utilizing data transformation technologies
6. Implement frameworks for data governance and move towards a target operating model, including data quality, data stewards, and master data management
7. Supporting the adoption and enablement of Data and AI solutions
8. Participating in business development, working on existing projects, and developing new opportunities and offers leveraging Sia Partners' global Data and AI solutions, partnerships, and platforms (Heka.ai, SIA GPT)

In addition, we seek technical experience in some or all of the following areas:

• SQL skills for supporting data pipelines and data modelling
• Data warehousing technologies like Azure, Snowflake, AWS, or Oracle
• Data transformation tools such as Azure Data Factory, Five Tran, Matillion, Oracle Data Integration, AWS Glue, AWS Data Pipeline
• Azure services including Synapse, Data Lake, Azure Databricks, and Fabric
• Analytics tools like Power BI, Tableau, QuickSight, Oracle Analytics Cloud, or similar
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar agile tools

Your role involves coaching and mentoring consultants, ensuring project delivery excellence, and providing innovative perspectives to challenge the status quo.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Data Science, AI, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in digital transformation, Data, AI, IT advisory, or enterprise software projects
• Proven leadership skills for client projects
• Experience in business development, proposals, and RFPs
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with large teams
• Strong relationship management skills
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and problem-solving
• Business proficiency in Arabic and English
