nybl is looking for highly strategic and data-driven sales & business development leaders to join a team that is currently democratizing AI and deploying innovative solutions across the region. You can be based in either Riyadh or the Eastern Province, but a strong Riyadh network is essential.

We seek an individual passionate about prospecting and cultivating a robust sales pipeline. The ideal candidate must have experience with a consultative, insight-based sales approach within the AI/ML sector, and possess a proven track record of growing sales and exceeding annual quotas.

You should have a solid track record in a competitor organization and be willing to scale rapidly as nybl grows. This opportunity is ideal for ambitious individuals eager to be part of a rapidly expanding company.

Our BD Managers demonstrate skills associated with a high-performance sales culture, especially in pipeline management, lead generation, contact network development, and achieving results against quotas.

Responsibilities

  • Build a strong understanding of AI/ML technology and related industry developments.
  • Define and deploy AI/ML campaigns, collaborating with product and development teams for implementation.
  • Identify opportunities, drive AI technology innovations, and build strong relationships.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to formulate, negotiate, and execute key partnership deals.

Serve as a hands-on sales leader (player-coach), managing your own deals and overseeing hiring and onboarding of team members.

Leverage existing relationships to deliver nybl's advanced and flexible offerings.

Requirements

  • A blend of curiosity, analytical thinking, creativity, adaptability, and a relentless drive to complete projects.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented thinker who is action-driven and continuously seeks process improvements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities, maintaining flexibility, organization, and humility.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide timely, meaningful counsel to senior management.
