You will provide content expertise in maintenance, reliability, and operations for our oil and gas clients.

In this role, you will help clients build capabilities in delivery and execution during projects and beyond. You will work in teams to develop systems and processes to deliver results and ensure they are sustained. You will develop or maintain expertise in the oil and gas sector across multiple clients.

You will be involved in all phases of client development—from initial business development and delivery to maintaining strong relationships. You will collaborate with clients, drive analyses, and provide unique insights. Additionally, you will support the development and maintenance of proprietary knowledge in conjunction with other experts globally and locally. The position is based in Riyadh, within our Saudi Client Capabilities Hub, working closely with our Global Energy and Materials practice.

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in mechanical, chemical, or petrochemical engineering, geoscience, or a quantitative field such as econometrics or physics
  • 3+ years of proven experience in upstream (exploration, drilling, production) and downstream (refining, processing, distribution) operations within the Oil & Gas industry
  • Experience with advanced technologies like digital oilfield solutions, predictive maintenance, or process optimization tools
  • Knowledge of global energy markets and trends affecting the Oil & Gas sector
  • Experience with quantitative models and working with numbers
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset
  • Excellent business acumen and understanding of industry concepts, economics, and terminology
  • Strong multitasking skills and a service-oriented personality
  • Ability to work collaboratively, effectively engaging with all organizational levels
  • Effective communication skills for complex ideas
  • Fluency in English required; fluency in Arabic preferred
