Kitchen Admin Supervisor Role

The Kitchen Admin Supervisor is either a current Assistant or Junior Assistant, preferably with a food quality and cost control background. The primary role is to ensure stock quality, accuracy, and efficiency are maintained at the highest standards. Additionally, the Supervisor will perform control tasks supporting the Kitchen Manager in maintaining operational standards. Work schedule should support timely requisition placement and presence during critical deliveries (Central Kitchen, Warehouse). Morning or mid-shift work is recommended.

What You'll Do
  • Place requisitions in ERP using demand planning tools, PAR levels, and stock on hand
  • Check stock on hand quality and quantity before requisitioning
  • Be present during delivery receipt from CK, WH, and suppliers, verifying quality, accuracy, and quantity
  • Escalate issues related to faulty receiving (quality, quantity, delays)
  • Generate variance reports and communicate shortages
  • Escalate repetitive issues to Area Manager
  • Follow up on additional orders and coordinate emergency shipments
  • Enter Goods Receiving Notes (GRNs) in ERP
  • Be an expert in SOPs related to receiving, ordering, and inventory management, and monitor team adherence
  • Provide guidance to managers and CDPs to ensure SOP compliance in her/his absence
