Responsibilities
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
  • Operate dishwashing machinery and ensure all equipment is clean and functional.
  • Assist chefs and servers as needed.
  • Manage waste disposal and recycling according to hotel standards.
  • Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing dishes and equipment.
  • Ensure safety and proper chemical handling as per SDS guidelines.
  • Assist in light food preparation and serving when required.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
  • Perform additional duties such as setting up the restaurant, organizing storage, and cleaning hood filters as per policy.
Qualifications
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen sanitation, hygiene standards, and safe handling of cleaning chemicals (SDS compliant).
  • Ability to operate dishwashing equipment and perform cleaning tasks efficiently.
