• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen area, including equipment, utensils, and storage spaces.
  
• Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and setting up ingredients for cooking.
  
• Support the commis chef in managing inventory levels by ordering supplies and monitoring stockroom organization.
  
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
  
• Perform general cleaning duties throughout the hotel property as needed.
