Inspect, maintain, and repair kitchen equipment such as ovens, stoves, grills, refrigerators, freezers, dishwashers, exhaust systems, etc.

Maintain and service laundry equipment including washers, dryers, steamers, and ironers.

Perform preventive maintenance according to schedules to avoid equipment breakdowns.

Quickly respond to urgent repair requests from kitchen and housekeeping departments.

Diagnose faults in electrical and mechanical systems and perform necessary repairs or recommend replacements.

Coordinate with vendors for specialized repairs or parts procurement.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations related to electrical and gas-powered appliances.

Maintain documentation of maintenance activities and equipment history.

Assist in installation and setup of new equipment when required.

Keep maintenance tools and workshop area clean and organized.
