Kids Play Area Supervisor

Oversee the daily activities required to process the current jobs within the established schedule.

Communicate and provide feedback to management regarding activities, issues, and/or problems on jobs.

Understand the value that quality plays in the overall success of the company, helping to increase the quality of our products for the appearance and safety of our customers.

Ensure maintenance activities are carried out within company policy, customer needs, and all legislative requirements.

In-house shop supervision of all construction preparation of crate shop paperwork such as cut sheets, drawings, and instructions.

Ensure proper coverage including OT, weekends, and holidays.

Supervise the financial status of their assigned location and monitor and control labor, supplies, and costs.

Monitor operational performance and efficiency.

Manage, organize, and plan for private parties and graduations, including selecting activities and packages.

Skills

1. Experience in the field of kids' entertainment, learning, and supervision.
2. Marketing and Planning.
3. Computer Skills.
4. Transferable Iqama.
5. Arabic and English language proficiency.
