A leading company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee operations including maintenance, repairs, and compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and at least 3-4 years of relevant experience in facilities management. Responsibilities also include supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining safety standards. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with potential for growth.
Oversee day-to-day facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and space utilization.
Supervise the maintenance work, sub-contractors, etc.
Check devices and structural systems, such as fire alarms, CCTV, HVAC, etc., regularly.
Respond to emergency calls as needed, such as during events, emergencies, visits, etc.
Supervise the cleaning crew and security staff and their daily tasks.
Ensure the building meets safety and health standards and complies with all legal requirements.
Provide support for both soft and hard services; supervise all soft services (non-technical parts such as cleaning, security, reception, etc.) and hard services (technical parts such as HVAC, electrical, CCTV, etc.).
Receive materials supplied by vendors as per purchase orders from the procurement department.
Check materials for quality, quantity, specifications, and condition.
Store materials category-wise in appropriate locations.
Periodically verify stock levels to ensure availability at all times.
Issue materials/assets to departments/employees as per requests.
Maintain records of all assets handed over.
Handle disposal of scrap materials according to procedures.
Keep all documents related to material supplies up to date.
Generate and submit reports related to material supplies to relevant authorities.
Participate in audits conducted by internal or external auditors.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the storeroom.
Implement measures to ensure proper care and preservation of materials.
Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 3-4 years in facilities management and supervision.
Knowledge: Experience in maintenance supervision, understanding of spare parts, market, cleaning, etc.
Skills: Leadership, team management, communication, organizational, problem-solving, safety management, inventory management, honesty, helpfulness, flexibility.
Ability to work in a high-performing, fast-paced environment with rewards and learning opportunities.
