What will your main responsibilities be



  1. Conduct daily face-to-face visits for active and new key accounts.
  2. Own, manage, and achieve all sales targets and KPIs (Turnover, Customer base, Forecast, Win & Retain Funnel, Key Accounts Annual Business Plans, etc.).
  3. Grow reach and penetration by expanding the customer base and SKUs per customer.
  4. Manage, build relationships, and serve existing and potential customers in the Food Service Channel (Restaurants - Local & International Chains under QSR & FSR, Central Production Units, Catering division).
  5. Become a trusted consultant by providing complete culinary solutions based on a clear understanding of customers’ businesses and needs.
  6. Take calculated risks to win big with key accounts.
  7. Conduct demonstrations for UFS SKUs using top applications.
  8. Deal with data analysis to plan daily routes and activities systematically using CRM software (Salesforce).
  9. Create new LTOs and innovations in collaboration with marketing and culinary teams.

What you need to succeed



Experiences & Qualifications



  • 4+ years of solid experience in Key Accounts Management within the food service industry / HORECA, specifically in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong expertise in managing high-value clients and understanding the Saudi food service market, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic annual plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Results-driven mindset focused on customer satisfaction and growth.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders (Chef, Procurement, Operations, etc.).
