Job summary

Job description

• Assist with responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), prepare presentations, and monitor sales leads and responses.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement commercial plans and campaigns to capitalize on market opportunities.
  2. Prepare annual budgets and monthly management reports.
  3. Build strategic relationships with key contacts within customer organizations to identify value creation opportunities.
  4. Collaborate with sales and operations teams to develop creative solutions for customer needs, leveraging value creation.
  5. Facilitate cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue and deepen market penetration.
  6. Hold regular meetings with clients and relevant staff to evaluate performance and discuss challenges and plans.
  7. Provide marketing support and product knowledge within the company.
  8. Grow the in-house accounts by generating new leads and opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent work experience).
  • Charismatic and confident personality with a strong work ethic.
  • Minimum of 3 years industry experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
