• Assist with responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), prepare presentations, and monitor sales leads and responses.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement commercial plans and campaigns to capitalize on market opportunities.
- Prepare annual budgets and monthly management reports.
- Build strategic relationships with key contacts within customer organizations to identify value creation opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to develop creative solutions for customer needs, leveraging value creation.
- Facilitate cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue and deepen market penetration.
- Hold regular meetings with clients and relevant staff to evaluate performance and discuss challenges and plans.
- Provide marketing support and product knowledge within the company.
- Grow the in-house accounts by generating new leads and opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent work experience).
- Charismatic and confident personality with a strong work ethic.
- Minimum of 3 years industry experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing policies and procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure.
