Summary:

The Key Account Sales Supervisor is responsible for achieving sales growth and operational efficiency across assigned key accounts. This includes implementing and managing sales plans, achieving monthly sales and collection targets, and enhancing channel performance. The role emphasizes fostering robust relationships with customer teams, both front-line and head office, while ensuring seamless execution of promotional activities and operational excellence. The Key Account Sales Supervisor also plays a critical role in coaching the sales team, managing customer accounts, and ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.

Description:

  1. Driving Sales Team Performance:
  2. Monitor and evaluate the performance of Key Account Sales Representatives and other sales team members, ensuring targets are met.
  3. Identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance sales team performance.
  4. Provide training and continuous support to the sales team, helping them improve sales techniques and achieve their goals.
  5. Ensure that sales volume, promotional plans, implementation, innovation listing, distribution, displays, and shelf space (facings) objectives are met.
  6. Forecast and control budgets to ensure win-win business deals and minimize losses.
  7. Prepare phased sales history and allocate the right selling range with appropriate delivery to outlets based on weight, location, and consumer criteria.
  8. Sales Strategies & Market Trends:
  9. Communicate regularly with the sales team to update them on sales progress, market trends, and competitive activities.
  10. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all required sales, activity, and settlement reports.
  11. Implement and follow up on the company’s promotional campaigns within the region to ensure successful execution.
  12. Monitor market trends and competitors’ marketing activities, providing insights to enhance competitiveness and inform strategy.
  13. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, quotas, and KPIs.
  14. Ensure products are prominently displayed in stores and that MSL SKUs are effectively distributed.
  15. Stock Levels & Logistics Management:
  16. Maintain adequate stock levels across all key accounts to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
  17. Collaborate with the demand team to ensure safety stock availability and avoid supply disruptions.
  18. Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely and efficient delivery of orders.
  19. Qualifications, Experience, & Skills:
  20. Minimum bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  21. Fluent in English and Arabic.
  22. Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in the KSA FMCG market.
  23. Proven experience managing local retail clients.
  24. Must hold a valid driver’s license.
  25. Location: Jeddah, Madina, and Dammam.
