Key Responsibilities
- Develops an Account Business Plan within a Key Account Management framework, with an overall foundational objective to connect customer needs with Tabuk pharma brands and service offerings. Reviews and updates this plan monthly.
- Able to effectively identify customer needs and adapt our offerings accordingly to gain market access or support revenue growth.
- Identifies, segments, and prioritizes target customers (KOLs and payers, etc.) and target accounts that are most important to drive business outcomes.
- Effectively implements customer investment, including promotional budgets, in line with local country codes of practice to deliver commercial returns. Maintains accurate tracking of spend (planned, committed, and actual) at all times, remaining within agreed budgets.
- Proactively identifies emerging new customer needs and leverages these to provide new customer solutions.
- Consistently delivers monthly and annual territory demand sales and profit targets in line with objectives.
- Supports the sales team in prioritizing customers.
- Able to prioritize resources across accounts based on potential and ROI, executing and redeploying resources as required.
