Job Overview

The primary role of this position within the KSA sales team is to maximize sales volume, minimize stale stock, achieve distribution targets, implement merchandising standards, collect accounts receivable, and maintain high customer service levels. The supervisor will attend training courses to enhance professionalism and customer service skills and will complete daily debriefings with pre-sellers.

Responsibilities
  • Set and communicate volume & stales targets with the DSM for customers served by pre-sellers.
  • Conduct daily debriefings with pre-sellers to review KPIs and develop action plans.
  • Meet weekly with merchandisers to coordinate in-store merchandising and promotional activities.
  • Prepare journey plans for pre-sellers and confirm customer service frequency, reviewing actual visits during debriefs.
  • Plan holidays and relief cover to ensure continuous customer service, coordinating with the Finance Department on outstanding payments.
  • Provide on-the-job training by accompanying pre-sellers during their visits.
  • Attend monthly team briefings with the DSM, presenting team performance and action plans.
  • Measure performance using KPIs such as sales volumes, customer service, stale stock, and accounts receivable.
  • Maintain merchandising standards across outlets.
  • Achieve monthly activity plans.
Qualifications
  • Strong commercial awareness and knowledge of sales development tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
  • Proven negotiation and relationship-building abilities to influence at all levels.
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of FMCG sales field experience, with prior involvement in category management projects.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • University degree and proficiency in Windows applications.
