Job Summary:

The ICT Key Account Manager is responsible for managing and developing relationships with key clients in the information and communication technology sector. This role involves understanding clients needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
  • Solution Selling: Understand client requirements and present ICT solutions that meet their needs, including software, hardware, and services.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial terms for both the client and the company.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Performance Reporting: Monitor account performance, prepare reports, and provide insights to senior management on account status and growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management or sales within the ICT, ELV, CCTV, Low Current system sector.
  • Strong understanding of ICT products and services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with project management practices.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet clients.
