Accountabilities (Duties and Responsibilities)
  1. Sales Strategy Development: Work closely with the National Key Accounts Manager to create, implement, and refine a sales strategy that enhances revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction within key accounts in the Western region of Saudi Arabia. Consider market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer needs.
  2. Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers. Manage contract negotiations, address and resolve complaints, follow up on payments, and ensure high customer service levels. Aim for mutual satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  3. Market Analysis & Intelligence: Monitor and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competition. Use insights to inform strategy, forecast sales, identify growth opportunities, and strengthen our competitive position.
  4. Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed sales targets by managing and developing the key account channel. Monitor sales metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
  5. Execution Excellence: Oversee the execution of sales and marketing activities, including planogram implementation, promotions, flyer planning, product listing, and daily operations by managing the sales field team.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with other departments to align goals, brand positioning, promotions, merchandising, and pricing strategies. Facilitate communication across teams for a cohesive market approach.
  7. Team Management: Oversee daily operations of the field team, set goals, lead meetings, and support team members to meet business objectives.
  8. Reporting & Communication: Prepare and present sales reports, including forecasts and opportunities. Keep your team informed about goals, updates, and feedback.
