Main Responsibilities
- Pre-launch Responsibilities
- Market Development & Customer Engagement
- Identify customers, map accounts and patient journeys
- Educate key stakeholders on Multiple Myeloma and disease impact
- Implement ongoing targeting and profiling of customers to maximize sales
- Identify and grasp listing opportunities for Sarclisa at area level
Strategic Planning
- Liaise with medico-marketing teams to develop tactical plans for scaling up product penetration
- Ensure products' availability
- Develop and implement launch and tactical marketing plans aligned with local business strategy
- Build and maintain strong relations with key opinion leaders at country and regional level
Post Launch Responsibilities
- Sales & Performance Management
- Oversee sales promotion to target doctors to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
- Supply quality medical information about Sarclisa to healthcare professionals
- Develop weekly and monthly visit plans
- Conduct regular customer visits to monitor product availability
- Maintain and update product and competition knowledge
Market Intelligence & Analysis
- Gather continuous market intelligence data
- Execute marketing tactics and use sales techniques
- Update required information on doctor cards and lists
- Analyze Sarclisa performance and identify growth opportunities
- Assess and mitigate business risks
Stakeholder Management
- Build strong business partnerships with key stakeholders (healthcare professionals, KTLs, tender parties, Clinical Pharmacists)
- Position Sanofi as a strategic partner
- Network with sales force for product strategy feedback
- Conduct competitive environment analysis
- Participate in symposiums, congresses and meetings
Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare and submit monthly activity reports
- Market share reports
- Monthly activity reports on CRM system
- Markets' trends / updates to Manager
- Carry out business actions in compliance with industry ethics and company policies
Strategic Alignment & Performance
- Collaborate on forecasting accuracy and OCCP KPIs tracking through weekly / monthly reviews
- Develop and execute personal development plans in partnership with direct manager
- Provide timely and accurate reporting on market dynamics, opportunities, and challenges
- Engage in joint account planning and strategy development sessions
- Maintain open communication channels for quick escalation and problem-solving
Operational Excellence
- Collaborate on territory management and customer targeting
- Joint execution of market access strategies
- Regular review of business metrics and KPIs
To excel in this role, you must bring a blend of leadership skills, strategic thinking, business acumen, excellent team player and naturally collaborative, structured and able to navigate ambiguity to distil key insights and actions and solution oriented with a growth and patient and customer-centric mindset.
Key Experience
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field
- Proven experience in oncology and / or hematology sales
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems
- Track record of achieving sales targets
