Job Description

We're looking for a Key Account Manager to join our Professional Team in KSA.

This ideal candidate will partner with Account Executives to find, contact, and follow-up with prospective clients. Once they discover the client's needs, they will discuss our product's technological capabilities and business value. The candidate should be able to clearly articulate highly technical concepts to all prospective clients.

What you'll do
  • Achieve and exceed annual and quarterly sales and order intake targets within the assigned region by engaging with all stakeholders (contractors, end-users, consultants, etc.).
  • Have good knowledge and experience with lighting suppliers in our country and select the correct items that meet project/client requirements.
  • Possess good knowledge of systems (Lighting Control system, Central Battery system, Façade Lighting System, etc.).
  • Focus on end-users active in all segments (Office, Hospitality, Industry, Retail, etc.).
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and the Decision-making Unit matrix of customers.
  • Lead product and solution launches with marketing and product management teams for key accounts.
  • Submit accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts.
  • Use SFDC CRM system to conduct quality opportunities, build a healthy pipeline, and maintain activity logs.
  • Follow up on payment status with clients to ensure healthy cash flow and payment security for each order.
Your qualifications
  • Degree in engineering or technology.
  • At least 3 years of proven sales achievement in a complex environment.
  • Good communication skills in English and the ability to engage with all organizational levels and the local language.
  • Ability to pursue opportunities with energy and discipline, and close deals despite challenges.
  • Energetic, result-driven personality.
