Strategic
& Client Management:
- Oversee the full relationship with NUPCO, ensuring all strategic, operational, and engagement objectives are met.
- Maintain and grow key relationships with high-level stakeholders.
- Lead discussions on critical orders, high-priority initiatives, and long-term strategic partnerships.
- Monitor and ensure alignment between company goals and NUPCO-related activities.
Team
Supervision & Coordination:
- Oversee the NUPCO Team Member, ensuring that all regional visits and client engagements are executed effectively.
- Monitor performance across all regions, addressing escalations and challenges.
- Approve visit plans and strategies for the NUPCO Team Member.
Sales
& Business Development:
- Drive revenue growth and contract success with NUPCO.
- Ensure all invoicing, orders, and contracts align with company objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and improve service delivery for NUPCO clients.
- Ensure to Add any new Products/Devices to NUPCO listing in collaboration with the Line managers.
Reporting
& Performance Monitoring:
- Consolidate updates from the NUPCO Team Member into comprehensive reports for senior management.
- Attend Executive Committee (ExCom) meetings and provide key updates on the NUPCO partnership.
- Track performance metrics, including client satisfaction and strategic relationship growth.
- Ensure all collaboration and reporting are documented in CRM for transparency.
- Ensure not to have any Pending deliveries, Due date Deliveries, Not registered winning items in collaboration with The Line Managers.
Requirements·Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
·Minimum 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Business Development, or a similar
rolepreferably with experience dealing with NUPCO.
·Proven track record
of managing large accounts and strategic partnerships.
·Strong negotiation,
leadership, and client relationship management skills.
·Experience in the healthcare
or government procurement sector is highly preferred.
·Proficiency in CRM
tools for tracking and reporting.
