Job description

Mackenzie Jones is partnering with a leading global player in the consumer goods and industrial solutions sector looking for a Key Account Manager (KAM) to join their commercial team. This is a strategic, high-impact role focused on developing long-term partnerships with key customers and driving sustainable business growth.

Please note: This role is open to Saudi nationals only, in alignment with local labor laws and Saudization program requirements.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Act as the main point of contact for strategic accounts, fostering long-term relationships
  • Develop and execute joint business plans aligned with overall commercial objectives
  • Drive revenue, market share, and profitability
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service
  • Lead pricing and contract negotiations, trade term agreements, and promotional planning
  • Analyze POS data, market trends, and performance KPIs to inform decision-making
  • Manage forecasting, budgeting, and internal reporting
  • Activate customer-specific marketing initiatives and sustainable solution partnerships
  • Leverage digital tools to improve visibility and efficiency across the value chain
  • Address supply chain challenges or service concerns proactively

What makes you a great fit:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
  • 5–7 years of experience in Key Account Management (FMCG or industrial B2B preferred)
