Key Account Manager Government

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia: 1 Opening

Job Purpose

The Key Account Manager (KAM) for the government sector is responsible for building strong business relationships with potential clients in the government sector. The KAM will represent the company in Riyadh and focus on closing significant deals related to services such as surveying and mapping, construction monitoring, NDT inspection, Scan-to-BIM, Digital Twin modeling, and Metaverse services (VR, AR, MR). Additionally, the KAM will target specific potential clients, customizing solutions based on their requirements, and collaborating with the operations and business development teams to translate client needs into minimum viable products to secure large deals.

Tasks and Responsibilities
  1. Write technical and financial proposals.
  2. Study tender requests and collaborate with the team to prepare technical and commercial proposals to secure deals.
  3. Build and maintain excellent business relationships with clients.
  4. Manage large accounts in the government and Oil & Gas sectors.
  5. Track all deals and provide regular reports to management using the company CRM.
  6. Oversee projects at various stages: proposal development, pre-contracting, contracting, execution, and closure.
  7. Follow up on payments and invoices with clients.
Education and Personal Strengths
  • Saudi national
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Reside in Riyadh with ability to travel across KSA as needed
  • Previous experience in Drone Services is preferred
  • Excellent English communication skills (writing and speaking)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn
  • Extroverted, enjoys working with people, and values a diverse work environment
  • Team-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement and feedback
