Overview of the role:

FAMCO is seeking a driven and knowledgeable Sales Professional to join our Construction Equipment division in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on selling premium heavy machinery and equipment, developing strong client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our business across key industries.


What you will do:

  1. Sell construction equipment such as excavators, wheel loaders, compactors, and related machinery.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across contractors, developers, and industrial clients.
  3. Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and technical consultations.
  4. Prepare competitive quotations and close sales in line with set targets.
  5. Manage key accounts and provide aftersales support in coordination with internal teams.
  6. Collaborate with product, service, and logistics teams to deliver excellent customer experience.
  7. Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
Required skills to be successful:
  1. 2–5 years of experience in sales of construction equipment or heavy machinery.
  2. Strong technical knowledge of machines and their site applications.
  3. Proven ability to manage B2B client relationships and close deals.
  4. Results-driven with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  5. Valid Saudi driving license and flexibility to travel as needed.
