Key Account Manager, APM (Advanced Patient Monitoring) — BD Nogales Norte | Posted Sep 26, 2025 | Full-time | Negotiable | Advanced (5-10 yrs)

Location: Riyadh, KSA. The role will be based in Riyadh.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve territorial sales targets.
• Achieve sales targets, profitability, and market share in alignment with corporate objectives.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key opinion leaders in relevant specialties and strive to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Organize and conduct seminars/events to promote BD products, including workshops, events, and webinars.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Professional Education, Clinical Services, and Marketing to deliver a high-end educational journey for healthcare professionals.
• Ensure regular visits to all customers (hospitals, clinics, labs, etc.) tailored to the needs of each individual customer.
• Handle evaluations and training with high-level clinical discussions with healthcare professionals.
• Identify and prepare tender opportunities.
• Monitor competitor activity.
• Conduct distributor training, set targets for distributors, and ensure the achievement of those targets.
• Conduct and document quarterly business reviews along with monthly forecasting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in medical/paramedical or equivalent experience required.
• Prior experience working in the medical devices industry.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

About the Role

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and developing existing accounts within their geographical area by ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive contact, regular visits, case support in operating rooms, ICU/CCU, Cath Lab, and EP labs, attendance at congresses and exhibitions, and demonstrating strong knowledge of the product range and market place. The role includes developing and supporting the distributor sales force, and managing the relationship with the distributor to ensure proper follow-up with end users and adherence to forecasts and targets.
