As the Key Account Manager, you will oversee and grow a portfolio of strategic partners, affiliates, and clients. You will require a blend of strong relationship management, consultative selling, and commercial acumen. You will play a critical role in managing sales performance, partner productivity, and customer experience through structured engagement and data-driven decision-making.


In this role, you will:


  1. Affiliate Network Development:
  • Identify, onboard, and expand a high-quality network of real estate brokers across targeted regions.
  • Soft KPIs Management:
    • Regularly engage with key partners through scheduled calls and in-person meetings.
    • Drive consistent lead generation by ensuring active partner participation.
    • Monitor and enhance partner engagement metrics (touchpoints, follow-ups, responsiveness).
  • Sales Management:
    • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (units sold and revenue generated).
    • Manage the sales funnel, from lead qualification to deal closure.
    • Track and report on sales performance, forecasting, and pipeline development.
  • Affiliate Productivity:
    • Monitor affiliate activity levels (lead generation and deal closures).
    • Develop performance dashboards and maintain productivity reports.
    • Identify and activate dormant affiliates through strategic re-engagement plans.
  • Product Knowledge & Trainings:
    • Conduct regular training sessions on real estate projects, selling processes, and digital tools.
    • Ensure key accounts are well-versed with product offerings, pricing, and market positioning.
    • Drive adoption of internal applications and platforms to streamline partner operations.
  • Client Management:
    • Oversee the client relationship lifecycle from inquiry to booking.
    • Coordinate client site visits, ensure proper documentation, and follow through on deposit submissions.
    • Maintain high standards of client service and satisfaction through personalized engagement.
