Key Responsibilities
Generate new sales by engaging new opportunities, upselling, and cross-selling.
Develop long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
Manage and develop client opportunities to initiate and maintain favorable relationships.
Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
Deliver sales presentations to the customers you manage.
Achieve the assigned sales targets (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, & Yearly).
Follow up on the collection of invoices as per the agreed contract with the client.
Align fully with company objectives and work policy.
Report on the status of accounts and transactions/activities daily to your direct manager and through CRM (HubSpot).
Provide effective solutions for customers; detect and amplify add-on sales opportunities in cooperation with the applicable Sales Director and product management.
Stay abreast of developments and business opportunities in the markets you cover, focusing on appropriate sales, negotiation, and closing techniques.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably with technical solution expertise.
Proven record of achievement in a similar position.
Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
