Job description

Summary:

Dailymealz is looking for a dedicated Account Manager to be the main point of contact between company and customers to ensure that customers’ needs are understood and satisfied. Also he/she will handle complaints, collect and analyze data to improve the overall customer experience.

The ideal candidate should have a passion for listening to others and a drive for helping them. Applicants should also have excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers through phone, email and in person to understand their business needs for building and maintaining relationships with them

  • Create account plans for key clients, including setting goals, strategies, and action plans to achieve account growth and revenue targets

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of account plans and identify growth opportunities within territory

  • Maintain updated knowledge of company products and services and how they can be tailored to meet the specific needs of key clients

  • Resolve customers’ issues as quickly and effectively as possible by working closely with relevant teams

  • Collect data and conduct regular reports to track the account performance

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities that may impact key clients

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration or relevant field

  • 2 to 4 years of proven experience in account management

  • Fluent in English language

  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience in FMCG industry is a plus
