Job description

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Prepare detailed proposals and quotations, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness in pricing.

Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and product improvements.

Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise during the implementation phase.

Compile regular sales reports and forecasts to assess performance and strategize future sales initiatives.

A bachelor's degree in civil or electrical engineering or a related field is essential to understand technical specifications.

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in civil works, electrical works, and manpower supply sales, or any other related to contacting companies that showcase a proven track record.

Fluency in English is required; an additional language (Arabic) is a plus for diverse markets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster client relationships and convey technical information.

Problem-solving abilities to tackle customer challenges and provide effective solutions in a timely manner. A proactive and self-motivated attitude, coupled with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
