Job Description
To be successful in this role, you must have superior analytical, communication, and presentation skills. You will operate in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment, working autonomously and taking full control & responsibility for achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Identify, prospect, and recruit high-potential selling partners to Amazon.sa Marketplace.
- Effectively prioritize and lead a portfolio of selling partners to realize the product family's opportunities and goals (both Inputs/Outputs metrics).
- Be your seller partners' consultant, providing them with data-driven insights and advice to optimize their success and grow their business.
- Identify key business opportunities in your categories by spotting popular brands, trends, and pricing to ensure managing the portfolio toward a growth plan.
- Conduct deep dive analysis on issues affecting selling partners' business performance and provide the Voice of the Seller as input into product development and process improvement.
- Work closely with selling partners, educating them about Amazon’s high standards of Delivery and Customer Experience.
- Track and report business development results, analyze data, interpret reports and information, and publish recommendations & action plans for your portfolio of selling partners.
- Partner with multiple stakeholders to align programs and initiatives to help drive the growth of your selling partners' portfolio.
- Lead projects that drive growth and improve Customer and Seller Experience in Saudi, partnering with regional teams to drive automation and scalability.
Program Process Excellence:
- Collaborate with internal departments to support tool and process improvements to enhance the Selling Partner experience and drive productivity.
- Identify, quantify, and define feature enhancements and new products based on customer feedback, data analysis, and competitive gaps.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Account Management & Growth:
- Manage a portfolio of existing Amazon sellers.
- Conduct regular business reviews to track progress and adjust strategies.
- Help sellers expand their product portfolio and reach across Amazon's marketplaces.
- Strategic Support:
- Build a joint annual strategy with specific sellers.
- Provide solutions for operational challenges while maintaining focus on sustainable growth.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within seller organizations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned sellers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve seller issues and implement improvements.
- Program Development/Project Management:
- Identify and implement scalable solutions benefiting multiple sellers.
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance seller experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new seller tools and resources.
- Become an Expert: Own a specific subject within our service organization to support peers and invent processes/tools benefiting stakeholders, e.g., Branding, Fulfillment by Amazon, Hiring, Tools, Deals, etc.
Basic Qualifications
- 5-6 years of related experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated analytical ability, either through professional experience (data analysis) or education.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial drive with the ability to achieve stretch goals in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Knowledge of advanced Excel, negotiation, and selling skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- 4-6 years of related experience.
