Job Title: Client Partner – Digital Banking & Data Portfolios

Role Summary:
The Client Partner will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic point of contact for managing client's digital banking and data portfolios. The role demands deep expertise in digital banking technologies, data-driven solutions, relationship management, and business development. The ideal candidate will drive growth, ensure customer satisfaction, and foster innovation across digital and data transformation initiatives in alignment with the client's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build, nurture, and manage senior stakeholder relationships within client, acting as the primary liaison across digital banking and data solution areas.
- Portfolio Management:
- Oversee the delivery and continuous evolution of digital banking platforms (retail, corporate, mobile, online) and data platforms (analytics, AI/ML, data governance) ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Strategic Advisory:
- Advise SNB on emerging trends in digital banking, fintech, data management, and regulatory compliance to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Solution Delivery Oversight:
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital and data solutions on time and within budget.
- Opportunity Identification:
- Proactively identify and develop new opportunities for growth within digital and data portfolios.
- Risk and Compliance Management:
- Ensure adherence to Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA) regulations, data privacy laws, and internal compliance requirements.
- Performance Reporting:
- Track KPIs for digital adoption, data utilization, client satisfaction, and revenue growth; present regular status updates to senior executives.
- Vendor and Partner Coordination:
- Manage third-party technology partners and vendors involved in digital banking and data initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- 10+ years of experience in client management, digital banking, fintech, or data strategy roles, preferably within the Middle East banking sector.
- Strong understanding of digital banking platforms (core banking systems, mobile banking, internet banking) and data ecosystems (data lakes, analytics platforms, AI/ML solutions).
- Proven track record in managing multi-million-dollar portfolios and complex client engagements.
- Familiarity with Saudi banking regulations, customer behaviors, and the competitive landscape.
