Job Purpose
The Senior Key Account Manager will oversee the sales team, focusing on driving revenue growth and ensuring client satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of Evostel’s technical offerings, such as electrical system installations, testing, and maintenance services, while managing and developing the team to meet organizational goals.
Main Job Responsibilities
-Recommend improvements to departmental policy and support in the implementation of procedures and controls.
-Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational goals and revenue targets.
-Lead the sales team in identifying and pursuing opportunities in industrial, infrastructure, and energy sectors.
-Monitor market trends to identify new business opportunities and align Evostel’s offerings with customer needs.
-Collaborate with internal departments, including engineering and project teams, to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
-Oversee the preparation of sales proposals and contracts, ensuring alignment with company policies and standards.
-Evaluate team performance and provide coaching to enhance individual and collective results.
-Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to foster long-term collaboration.
-Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
-Develop positive relationships and handle customers’ needs
-Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
-Meet sales targets and specific performance metrics
-Align sales with business strategies
-Promote products and services to attract new clients
-Prepare and submit bids in collaboration with technical and finance teams

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Management.
- Sales certifications from manufacturers of Evostel portfolio of products and services.
- Minimum 5 to 6 years of relevant engineering experience.
- Knowledge of Product technical knowledge ,Sales , Marketing and Business Development.
