About the Role
As a Key Account Manager (KAM), you will be instrumental in building strong executive-level relationships across the private healthcare sector in KSA. You will manage and expand strategic accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, contract retention, and business growth. This is a high-impact role focused on creating tailored diagnostic solutions and maximizing Beckman Coulter's value in every customer interaction.
Your Responsibilities

  1. Develop strategic relationships with key decision-makers in the private healthcare sector.
  2. Build and maintain a healthy pipeline and drive new profitable growth.
  3. Customize value-based proposals across disciplines (Chemistry, Immunoassay, Hematology, IRIS, MB).
  4. Promote and negotiate OTL, GPPRR, and long-term agreements with accounts.
  5. Actively gather market intelligence, monitor competitive activities, and align strategies accordingly.
  6. Expand testing menus and drive the adoption of new technologies and platforms.
  7. Strengthen Beckman Coulter's position in Total Lab Automation (TLA) and Direct Business models.
  8. Partner with WITS and regional leadership to demonstrate our diagnostic ecosystem's competitive advantage.
  9. Work closely with Product Management, Applications, and Lab Consultants to ensure Beckman Coulter is positioned as the partner of choice.
  10. Collaborate with Sales Supervisors and third-party partners to close menu gaps and ensure service excellence.
  11. Drive DBS initiatives and foster internal knowledge-sharing across regions for key accounts.
Key Performance Indicators
  1. Growth and health of private segment pipeline
  2. Number of private hospital wins and new account penetration
  3. Profitability per account
  4. Expansion of Beckman Coulter's presence and brand in the private sector
What You Bring
  1. Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences (or equivalent)
  2. Proven success in a similar key account management role within the In-Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) industry
  3. Deep understanding of private healthcare dynamics in KSA
  4. Fluent in Arabic and English
  5. Strong network with Key Decision Makers (KDMs) in private labs and hospitals
  6. Business acumen and the ability to create tailored, high-impact solutions for large accounts
