Key Responsibilities :
- Achieve sales objectives within the assigned territory/accounts by implementing company activities to maximize chains' production across the product portfolio.
- Execute the geographical territory plan, maintain, grow, and generate new business, promoting products and programs to ensure maximum distribution and market penetration of Hikma products, aligning with corporate goals and objectives.
- Prepare annual business plans for each account, covering strategic products and meeting qualitative standards such as resources, push & pull strategies, key influencer strategies, and KA satisfaction.
- Define milestones and timelines within the annual plan to evaluate progress, and craft separate plans per product/account for the business portfolio.
- Communicate plans with all stakeholders including product managers, field force supervisors, and field force.
- Forecast monthly and quarterly financial elements based on annual plans per account.
- Develop and execute monthly coverage plans per account, ensuring up-to-date availability, stock, and consumption reports for strategic items, with performance analysis versus plans, competition, and historical data.
- Conduct scheduled visits/meetings with accounts, providing monthly progress reports on new items' performance and market intelligence on competitors and marketplace trends.
- Establish and maintain positive, long-term relationships with key accounts.
- Facilitate and finalize annual commercial contracts with internal and external parties.
- Operate within the agreed S&M expenses per account and perform other duties as assigned, respecting company values, ethics, and confidentiality standards.
- Identify market trends, develop sales tools, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Finance to provide excellent customer service.
- Develop current and new account relationships, launch new products, and explore marketplace opportunities to increase sales and support long-term business growth.
- Research and build a strong customer base, monitor industry conditions, and ensure efficient order processing.
- Manage customer issues timely, oversee inventory management and allocation, and handle all customer types, including hospitals, polyclinics, chains, and sub-agents.
- Manage bonuses, discounts, stock aging, and expiry returns, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental policies.
Qualifications & Experience :
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
- Minimum of 2–3 years experience in pharmaceutical sales, specifically as a Key Account Executive within the assigned geographic area.
