Job Description

We are looking for a hungry, focused, and resilient Saudi National sales hunter with excellent collaboration and sales execution skills to grow our business across the market unit.

This role involves hunting for net new sales within a targeted list of strategic accounts. You will be entrepreneurial, excel at pipeline building, creating, and closing new opportunities. Using a consultative, value-based selling approach, you will promote IFS's award-winning products and leverage our broader portfolio to bring value to customers. Your industry knowledge and enterprise software sales expertise will help identify and qualify deals with new and existing clients.

The position is within a high-growth, transformational market unit that is disrupting industry standards in the global enterprise software space. Our go-to-market strategy focuses on geographical and vertical industry segments within a matrixed sales organization.

Responsibilities

  • Refine and execute strong sales strategies and skills
  • Develop and implement Go-To-Market Strategies for targeted industries
  • Maintain Territory and Account Plans, including deal action cards, mutual evaluation plans, and power maps
  • Manage the entire sales process—from demand generation and understanding customer needs to RFI/RFP management, building business cases, and closing deals
  • Collaborate with partners to penetrate accounts, create joint sales initiatives, and accelerate deal cycles
  • Own and deliver on annual sales targets and quarterly budgets
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, achieving 4x pipeline coverage
  • Coordinate with Sales leadership and global teams to foster collaboration
  • Maintain CRM and account hygiene, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting

Qualifications

  • Proven enterprise software sales experience within the Middle East, meeting or exceeding quotas
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, curiosity, and resilience
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and data hygiene
  • Strong communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Ability to work within a matrix organization, building relationships and support networks
