Job description

We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic Maintenance professionals who pride themselves on delivering exceptional customer service and providing creative solutions to our guests.

As a Ken Fix It, you will be responsible for general maintenance work on a daily basis. Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Repairing or replacing all types of tiles, both floor and wall, as required.
2. Carrying out general repairs to block work walls.
3. Performing plaster repair works on walls.
4. Repairing and fixing damaged shelving and furniture.
5. Carrying out general painting works as needed.
6. Performing plumbing repairs, silicon sealant replacements, and related tasks.
7. Repairing and replacing broken windows, doors, and locks.
8. Adhering to Rotana policies and procedures.
9. Reporting any severe damages to your superiors.

Skills, Education, Qualifications & Experiences

You should ideally hold a diploma or training in general maintenance and have previous experience in plumbing, carpentry, painting, or electrical fields. A good command of English and the ability to identify faults and rectify systems are essential.
