Job Description

As a junior lead at Kearney eXecution , you will contribute to consulting project teams as they offer honest advice and practical guidance to our clients. Depending on each client’s unique needs, projects can differ in length, size and location, giving you unique, hands-on experiences across a range of industries and service practices.

Key responsibilities

Ensure the success of projects by completing assigned tasks such as gathering and analyzing client current situation, deriving key business needs and supporting solution identification.

Lead deliverables and project workstreams / teams (as necessary) as you work alongside clients to define key requirements, seek for digital and operational options that best fit the situation followed by the implementation and oversight that assures business outcomes.

Assist the firm’s business development through generating proposals.

Contribute to the development of thought leadership and other internal and external reports and articles.

Participate in firm building opportunities, e.g. recruiting, training, and mentoring.
