Job Description

Purpose of the Job:

Present and sell the company's products and services to hospitals, health systems, doctors' offices, and clinics. Ensure to meet individual targets and KPIs to achieve overall department objectives.

Main Duties:

  1. Make telephone calls, in-person visits, and presentations to existing and prospective customers, covering all assigned medical centers based on their potential, and identify new business opportunities.
  2. Set appointments with hospital staff and administrators.
  3. Promote and sell products to achieve sales targets.
  4. Manage all leads and customers within a defined territory.
  5. Identify advantages and compare the company's products/services.
  6. Build relationships with hospital staff.
  7. Educate medical staff on the benefits of medical devices.
  8. Provide product demonstrations and support.
  9. Place replenishment orders at existing accounts.
  10. Maximize profits through upselling and cross-selling.
  11. Coordinate with sales, marketing, and support teams to improve customer experience.
  12. Collect, analyze, and present field sales data for strategic planning.
  13. Verify the CPO, SO, and SI with the Business Unit Manager.
  14. Maintain confidentiality of all company-related information.
  15. Participate in trade shows and conventions.
  16. Perform other related tasks as assigned by the manager and management.
