Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Execution:Execute established quality control plans and procedures to ensure products, services, and processes meet required standards and specifications.
• Documentation:Assist in the development, review, and refinement of company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality-related procedures.
• Inspection & Audits:Conduct routine inspections, tests, and support internal audits according to defined protocols and schedules.
• Data Analysis:Collect and analyze quality data (e.g., inspection results, non-conformance reports, customer feedback) using tools like Excel to identify trends, root causes, and areas requiring improvement.
• Problem Solving:Support the implementation, documentation, and tracking of corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) to address identified quality issues.
• Collaboration:Collaborate effectively with production, engineering, supply chain, and other operational teams to resolve quality concerns and promote a quality-focused culture.
• QMS & Improvement:Provide support for the maintenance and improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) and actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects.

Skills

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a closely related engineering or technical field.
• Strong foundational understanding of quality control principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Familiarity with basic quality and statistical control tools and techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excelfor data collection, analysis, and charting, and Microsoft PowerPointfor presentations.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken) is required.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Internship or prior experience in a quality assurance/control or manufacturing environment.
• Basic knowledge of QMS standards like ISO 9001.
• Familiarity with process improvement concepts (e.g., Lean basics, PDCA cycle).
