We are looking for a Junior Project Manager Intern who is excited to help us build the region's #1 digital lender for SMEs. Funding Souq's mission is to enable reliable financing for the region's underserved SMEs.

Responsibilities

• Define a set of KPIs to measure customer satisfaction and business impact, analyze them, and utilize them in decision-making processes.
• Drive the creation, execution, and analysis of A/B tests to increase conversion and reduce operational overhead.
• Gather insights from user feedback, web analytics, research, experiments, competitors, and data analysis to understand user needs and translate them into product plans.
• Create and prioritize backlogs, working with the team to refine and add detail where needed.
• Write clear product requirements and develop prototypes that inspire engineering collaboration.
• Track the execution of deliverables to achieve project objectives.
• Collaborate with teams to serve customers and execute project scope, requirements, and integration points.
• Manage the administrative aspects of the project from inception to closure.
• Capture and communicate project experiences in a formal post-mortem.

What We Are Looking For

• Graduated within the last 2 years (2024 or 2025).
• Preferred Degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• GPA of 3.40/4.00 or 4.40/5.00 or higher.
• Bilingual in English and Arabic.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Creative and analytical mindset.
