Key Accountabilities

• Lead the shift to achieve production plan, and assure the compliance of the daily floor activities to the company’s certified systems.
• Issue the daily production work order according to production plan.
• Monitor, organize and coordinate shop floor transactions to ensure plan fulfilment.
• Monitor and evaluate the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like productivity, wastage, efficiency, hygiene, and safety.
• Identify production bottlenecks and drive actions to eliminate them.
• Maintain and improve daily shop-floor activities in compliance with company’s certified systems.
• Ensuring that the production is cost-effective.
• Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality.
• Track competencies of subordinates and provide leadership and development as required to achieve the objectives.
• Ensure implementation and evolution of safety procedure.
• Responsible for following the factory’s hygiene and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Strictly follow company product quality rules and ensure that all the staff adhere to the specifications and do not deviate from the standards.
• Drive corrective/preventive actions to improve quality levels & eliminate quality failures.
