Job description

Job Responsibilities
  1. Support the Head of Marketing and/or (Senior) Marketing Manager in managing the respective product portfolio, including existing and new products, commercialization, market growth, profitability tracking, and go-to-market plans.
  2. Assist in implementing product and pricing strategies (NRM).
  3. Provide feedback based on data analytics regarding consumer/shopper insights, competitive trends, and key portfolio benefits to optimize the positioning of our branded products for consumer satisfaction.
  4. Co-lead a product category or new product launches.
  5. Support Key Account Managers (KAM) with dedicated customer activities.
  6. Participate in local and international projects across functions such as Digital, Media, and New Product Development (NPD).
Qualifications
Professional Experience and Education
  • Degree in Business Administration or Marketing; MBA preferred.
  • Entry position with up to 3 years of experience in Marketing.
  • Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods is preferred.
Specific Knowledge
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite; familiarity with other marketing software tools is beneficial.
  • Strong English skills (written and oral); knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
