Job description

Support the Head of Marketing and/or (Senior) Marketing Manager with the management of the respective product portfolio (existing and new products), including commercialization, market growth, profitability tracking, and go-to-market plans.

Assist in the implementation of product and pricing strategies (NRM).

Utilize data analytics to provide insights on consumer/shopper behavior, competitive trends, and key portfolio benefits to effectively position our branded products and serve consumers.

Co-lead product category initiatives or new product launches.

Support Key Account Managers (KAM) with dedicated customer activities.

Participate in local and international cross-functional projects (Digital, Media, NPD, etc.).

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Marketing team in managing the product portfolio, including commercialization and market growth strategies.
  • Help implement product and pricing strategies effectively.
  • Analyze data to inform positioning and strategy decisions.
  • Lead or co-lead new product launches.
  • Support customer relationship activities with KAMs.
  • Engage in cross-functional projects to support marketing objectives.
Qualifications:

Experience & Knowledge:

  • Degree in Business Administration or Marketing; MBA preferred.
  • Up to 3 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in Consumer Packaged Goods.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with marketing software is a plus.

Skills:

  • Strong English communication skills (written and oral); additional languages are beneficial.
  • Quick learner with a holistic and critical thinking approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international teams.
