Job description

As a Field Service Engineer Graduate, you will have the opportunity to positively impact Philips' business in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by supporting the digital transformation of our healthcare system. Your role involves bringing innovative solutions to market to improve the lives of patients and healthcare professionals.

You will be part of a team providing service and customer support to local hospitals and health providers, along with global support, training, and customized solutions from service experts.

Your role :
  1. Installing Philips Healthcare equipment according to quality and time standards set by PH.
  2. Performing planned maintenance and equipment modifications within scheduled times and quality standards.
  3. Performing corrective maintenance with support from tier-2 helpdesk when necessary.
  4. Submitting accurate service data, reports, expense claims, and other paperwork promptly.
  5. Understanding customer needs and potential leads through visits, providing feedback and recommendations to management.
  6. Representing PH professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction through appropriate appearance and behavior.
You're the right fit if :
  1. You are a post-2023 university graduate in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
  2. You have experience in maintenance and troubleshooting complex technical systems.
  3. You are fluent in Arabic and English, both verbal and written, including the local language.
  4. You possess a customer-oriented mindset.
  5. You are available for business trips within KSA.
