Job description

Job Title: Junior Facade Estimator

One of our clients in the Metal Industry in Saudi Arabia is hiring for the position of Junior Facade Estimator.

Requirements:
  • Years of Experience: 2-3
  • Education: Relevant Bachelor's or Master's Degree
  • Notice Period: Immediate joiners or a maximum of one month's notice
Responsibilities:
  1. Identify façade scope of work from received packages/drawings and conduct quantity take-off to extract BOQ when needed.
  2. Prepare and price the BOQ of all items from drawings and specifications with summarized costing.
  3. Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine material and labor requirements.
  4. Gather, update, and maintain prevailing market rates of all materials, labor, plant, and machinery.
  5. Prepare comprehensive tender documents, including presentations and estimates, for final review by the commercial manager.
  6. Make revisions in prices based on negotiation outputs informed by the commercial manager.
  7. Prepare estimates for design changes in coordination with the technical and operations departments.
